For Now, there is no install binary packages of Wonderware System Platform 2016 leaked, and it’s also not on the Wonderware Product Roadmap list of year 2015.
In WSP2016, there will be some new features:
Maximizing Uptime
Staged Deployment Outcomes
1.Any failure affecting deployment are isolated from runtime
Runtime objects continue to run
Only after staging is complete will new code be loaded.
2.Staging will be built-in to normal operations
Checked in objects can be staged by default
Effective deployment just sets object to runtime
Effective deployment speeds duration is minimized.
