InTouch Historical Data Exporter V3.4 Release Announcement

Overview

v3.4 is a pure bugfix release addressing 7 stability and data correctness issues found in v3.3. All users are recommended to upgrade.

What’s Fixed

Data Correctness

• Fit data missing last value change — When the last raw record was followed by aligned timestamps, the Fit Data export was incomplete.

• CSV export buffer overflow — A potential buffer overflow could occur when tag names were close to the maximum length.

• Invalid JSON output with no tags selected — Exporting to JSON with no tags selected produced malformed JSON.

Stability

• Crash on corrupted LGH files — The application crashed when reading corrupted LGH files with an invalid record count exceeding the array boundary.

• Crash when closing during background tasks — Closing files or clearing the file list while background analysis or export tasks were still running could cause a crash.

• Export succeeded after load failure — Export would proceed and show a success message even after the LGH file failed to load.

Functional Fix

• Analyse and export tasks picking up each other’s files — Due to sharing the same job queue, analyse and export operations could process the wrong files.

Upgrade Recommendation

This release contains no new features or UI changes — only fixes for known issues. If you are experiencing any of the above problems with v3.3, please upgrade as soon as possible.
