3. Log Viewer Compatibility

Compatibility means that the product can process the logs generated by which product versions.

4. Evaluation Mode

You can evaluate aaLogAcquisition for free. In evaluation mode, there are three restrictions:
– Logs can only be forwarded to the local syslog server, which is 127.0.0.1:514
– Can only retrieve up to 1 log types
– Each message is limited to 64 characters in size and subsequent characters will be truncated

Both professional and enterprise licenses come with an initial 12 months of email technical support and free updates. After this period, you may buy a subscription.
Subscription license will extend your software license with 12 months of technical support and free updates. This plan is only available to existing customers.
